By using the Beauty Secured website or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
Beauty Secured provides booking system setup and configuration services for beauty businesses in South Africa. Our services include but are not limited to: Fresha profile setup, service and pricing configuration, booking link setup, and client process documentation.
✦ Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms and confirms your project booking.
We aim to complete all setups within 48 hours of receiving full project details and deposit payment. Delays caused by incomplete information from the client may extend this timeline.
Each package includes one round of revisions after delivery. Additional revisions beyond the included round may be charged at R150 per hour.
All configuration work, guides, and documentation created for your business remain your property upon full payment. Beauty Secured retains the right to reference the project type (not business name) in portfolio examples.
Beauty Secured is not liable for any losses arising from third-party platform downtime, changes in third-party platform features, or client misuse of the delivered system. We are not responsible for missed bookings or revenue loss after handover.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.

We retain client information for a maximum of 3 years after the conclusion of a project, in line with general business record-keeping requirements. After this period, information is securely deleted.
